TESTIMONIALS
“As Tech Foundry was nearing the completion of our current strategic plan, we were seeking an experienced, savvy and forward-looking strategic planning consultant who could help us evaluate the recent growth of our programs, our blind spots and the opportunities for the future to create our next 3-year roadmap and goals. Peter Taylor fit the bill! As we developed our new strategic plan, Peter’s thought partnership, insight, and creative and nuanced feedback were critical to both the process and the outcome. His work with our stakeholders, staff and board was outstanding, and his ability to leverage his experience and expertise to support us at an important inflection point in Tech Foundry’s history ensured that our new plan was ambitious and achievable. And, his support did not end at the delivery of the plan (which also included detailed suggestions on implementation strategies). Peter continues to reach out to support our team as we begin implementation and still serves as a resource for our staff. I highly recommend Peter’s services.”
